Snow HorseThis picture came to me in a power point e-mail. I just loved it so extracted out this picture and made this html page for all to enjoy. Today I am sitting at the computer researching for HorseHints. It has been snowing on and off for the last week. We are expected to get another 10" to 20" starting tomorrow, Friday, Feb. 4, 2010 through Saturday. Then, again we are suppose to be getting another snow hit next Tuesday. It has been a cold winter here in Washington, DC. Our winters are usually quite mild!The horses are in Virginia. The weather is more severe there. They have been enduring some confinement. We try not to let them out on ice even though they have no shoes. They do, however, get to go out in the snow and love it! They are in the paddock and sacrifice area so there is no worry about them destroying pasture. Kate will let them get their spirits out in the pasture, on occasion, for a short time.  Snow Horse
